PROTYPING SPARKS INNOVATION AT OUR BOOTCAMP

Tech-Preneurship Bootcamp Day 4

Yesterday marked an exciting milestone at our ongoing bootcamp as participants immersed themselves in a hands-on prototyping session designed to transform ideas into tangible models. The room buzzed with creativity, teamwork, and the spirit of problem-solving as aspiring innovators sketched, built, and presented their early-stage concepts.

This practical exercise not only allowed teams to visualize their solutions but also offered an opportunity to receive instant feedback, refine their ideas, and push their entrepreneurial thinking to the next level.

We are thrilled that our friends at Kreative Media Campus captured the energy and impact of the session. You can check out their feature and photos from the day by visiting their post on X:

But that’s not all!

Today, we are equally excited to host two powerful young techpreneurs from Uganda who will be sharing their inspiring journeys to building successful tech-driven innovations.

GUEST TECH-PRENEURS

If you’ve been to Uganda, particularly, Mbarara City, you surely know Rolex Booth, the famous spot offering mouthwatering Rolex in beef, chicken, egg and vegetable flavors. But did you know they also have a brilliant mobile application that allows thousands of customers to conveniently order their favorite Rolex for delivery?

We’re honored to welcome Ronah Asiimwe, founder of Rolex Booth, and Enock Nyende, the tech mind behind the application, as our special guests today. They’ll share their entrepreneurial journey, lessons learned, and insights into blending tech and business for success.
